Yes – you’ve found the cyberhome of The Irish Tenors – Finbar Wright, Anthony Kearns, Ronan Tynan.
The Irish Tenors first hit your screens in 1999 in our debut show with PBS and, in the words of the great Irish-American actor Martin Sheen: “once they’ve started, you can’t shut these guys up!” Thousands of concerts later we are still making music, laughing at each other, and poking fun at the world! We had the honour of working with Martin Sheen on one of the most successful PBS shows ever: ‘The Irish Tenors Live from Ellis Island’. We were so proud and privileged to be allowed perform in the very hall through which the ancestors of so many Americans and Canadians passed on their way to a new life, including the Martin Sheen's very own beloved mother, Mary Ann Phelan from Tipperary. It ranks as one of our greatest nights of music and, hopefully, worthy of the rich cultural heritage of the country of Ireland and the exquisite musical treasury created by Irish people everywhere, throughout history.
